Our Story

Founded in 2023 by Siddharth Pungalia, Rohan Dudhedia, and Kamal Shinde with a shared vision – making quality living spaces accessible to all. Their first collaborative project in Godoli, Satara is designed to offer modern yet affordable homes, and they are already planning new projects across Maharashtra.

Founder
A qualified Mechanical Engineer from Bharti Vidyapeeth’s College of Engineering, Siddharth is a dedicated professional and entrepreneur. He founded DP Developers in 2011, focusing on creating practical and affordable living solutions. Outside of work, he enjoys outdoor activities like running and trekking.

Rohan Dudhedia

Co-Founder
With a Master’s in Product Development from the UK, Rohan is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in development. He co-founded DP Developers with Siddharth, emphasizing excellence, innovation, and affordability. Rohan is passionate about social activities and enjoys reading and traveling.
